This Privacy Notice describes how Fernando Zubero Holdings ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares your personal data when you use AmtSprache (the "Service").
1. Data controller

2. Personal data we collect
- Account data: email address, login credentials, authentication identifiers.
- Usage data: call history, turn counts, language preferences, transcripts and translations you produce while using the Service.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, log data and telemetry.
- Support data: messages you send to our support team.
We do not collect payment card data directly. Payment information is collected and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Provide the Service (account creation, real-time translation, call history) — performance of a contract.
- Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interests.
- Customer support — performance of a contract / legitimate interests.
- Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interests.
- Legal compliance — legal obligation.
4. Sharing of personal data
We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers / subprocessors (hosting, database, authentication, AI model providers used to power translation and speech).
- Merchant of Record: Paddle.com for sale of the Service, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting).
- Authorities where required by law.
5. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We aim to respond within one month.

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
